Mission Statement

The Alliance Mission will be to open lines of communication with all Youth Leagues, High Schools and Colleges in the Western New York area in an effort to attain a safe environment of fair play and sportsmanship, while encouraging athletic endeavors to promote the physical, mental and moral development of young people.

The Alliance will keep the welfare of its participants free of any adult ambition or personal glory and promote the ideals of youth sports regardless of race, religion, gender or national origin.
